Office hours vary, but are generally Monday-Thurday: 8:00-5:00 and Friday: 8:00-2:00.

Your Appointment Is Important To Us
We reserve a specific amount of time for your child's care. We appreciate your promptness and consideration in arriving to your appointment on time. We ask that, for your first appointment, you arrive 15 minutes early. This will ensure that we are able to collect information regarding you and your child in a timely manner, and that your child’s appointment may begin on time.

However, if you do need to change an appointment, we ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy on your part will allow us to make this time available to another patient. In an effort to maintain a high standard of care, we do have a cancellation and missed appointment policy. For families who have either cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed an appointment more than once, we may require a $50.00 deposit in order to schedule your next appointment.

Financial Policy
Fees for dental services are expected at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks. Individual financial arrangements can be made through our in-office financing partners – CareCredit or Capital One Dental Fee Plan.

Dental Insurance
We are glad to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefit from your dental insurance plan. Once your plan coverage has been verified, we will accept assignment of payment from your insurance company. Most plans only cover a portion of the dental fee, which means you will be responsible for your deductible and the estimated co-payment. Your co-payment is expected at the time you are in our office for dental care. For your convenience, our office will file insurance claims on your behalf. However, any claims that remain outstanding after 60 days will become your responsibility, and a finance charge will be applied to any balance due. Payment will be expected on any such claims, and no further attempt will be made by our office to collect from the insurance company in this event.
